FORMAT & FEES
Format : Asian Parliamentary (AP)
Participant Fee : RM 200 + 8% SST per person
Early Bird Price : RM 170 + 8% SST per person (payment before due date)
MIDP Students : RM 160 + 8% SST per person
Observer Fee : RM 100 + 8% SST per person
For every 5 registrations , 5th person joins for free!

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
STEP 1
Complete the registration form with the required details.
STEP 2
Wait for the organising committee to contact you through the email you provided in the registration form within 48 hours after you have submitted the registration form. The organising committee will send you an invoice for each student which will include:
i) Amount of Registration Fee Due
ii) Due Date for payment to be made
iii) Payment method and details
STEP 3
Make payment through the appropriate method and details. Once you have completed payment, please email the proof of payment to midp.private@gmail.com. Please state the name of the student as well as the name of the event (Eg: SCARS KL 2025_*Name*)
*Kindly note that all registrations are final upon payment and no refund(s) will be provided under any circumstances. Participants/ guardians/ teachers are advised to take appropriate measures in making sure of successful participation.
STEP 4
Closer to the event the organising committee will email you with instructions and addition details regarding the workshop, such as the location, code of conduct, dress code and etc. Occasionally, the organising committee will email you updates such as trainers, and any additional information required.
